The 540 Steel Needle Derma Roller is a professional device designed for microneedling (microneedle mesotherapy) treatments. This method is a modern, minimally invasive alternative to laser procedures, plastic surgery, and deep chemical peels. It supports natural skin regeneration and restructuring through controlled micro-perforation.
The roller head is equipped with 540 Steel titanium needles, available in lengths from 0.25 mm to 1.5 mm. Thanks to the use of titanium instead of surgical steel, the needles are extremely thin—comparable to a human hair—ensuring high precision, safety, and comfort during treatments.
Within approximately 5 minutes, the derma roller can create up to 250,000 micro-channels in the skin, triggering natural regeneration processes without damaging blood vessels or reproductive skin cells.
How does the derma roller work?
Microneedling creates microscopic channels in the skin (micro-injuries), which stimulate the natural production of collagen and elastin, helping the skin age more slowly.
Micro-perforation also dramatically improves the absorption of active ingredients. During regular cosmetic application, only 0.03–3% of active substances penetrate the skin, while after microneedling, absorption can increase by up to 3000%.

Important information
Even the smallest controlled damage to the epidermis activates natural skin renewal processes. As the skin ages, its regenerative capacity decreases—microneedling safely stimulates regeneration, increasing skin density and resilience.
After the first treatment, the skin becomes firmer and more toned. With a treatment series, the skin appears visibly younger and stronger. Final results are typically visible after 24 hours, while the number of treatments depends on individual skin condition.
Professional use & hygiene
Treatments should be performed after topical anesthesia (e.g. EMLA cream), depending on client sensitivity
Minor pinpoint bleeding and temporary scabbing may occur
The roller must be washed under running water and disinfected after each use
The roller should also be disinfected before the procedure (e.g. with AHD disinfectant)
Treatments may be performed using saline solution
Each roller must be originally sealed and sterile, allowing the client to confirm it has not been previously used
