Thank you for purchasing from the BEAUTY GROUP e-shop. We hope you are satisfied with the goods received.

When buying in our BEAUTY GROUP e-shop, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order and to refund or exchange the money paid.

Returning the goods

If you are not satisfied with the goods and want to return (change) them, please do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. If the returned (exchanged) product is of good quality, the buyer pays the costs of the returned product to the seller. In case the delivered goods do not meet the quality requirements, the seller pays the return (exchange) costs.

Refunds are not available for: used products, custom new permanent make-up machines, custom new lasers, any new beauty electronics.

If you want to return (exchange) a quality product, please fill in the return form:

- If you purchased as an unregistered user, click here;

- If you purchased as a registered user: log in to your account, order history and details, open the order you want to return (change) and fill in the return form.

Remember that returned or replaced quality goods must meet the following requirements:

- the returned goods must be in the original, undamaged packaging;

- the goods must be undamaged by the buyer;

- the product must be unused without losing its appearance;

- the returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the buyer.

* In Lithuania, goods must be returned within 14 days;

* Goods from abroad must be returned within 21 days.

Refund procedure:

- upon receipt and evaluation of the goods returned by the customer, BEAUTY GROUP undertakes to return the money to the customer within 14 working days in the same way as the customer paid for his order;

- If you return only a part of the order from the order, the shipping costs are not refunded;

- Refunds will not be made if the goods have been damaged intentionally or through negligence.
